By accepting a quote or starting a project with Zondacth, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all services provided by Zondacth, including website design, development, branding, and consultation services.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
- All project scopes will be outlined in a written proposal or email.
- Each design package includes a limited number of revisions (as stated in your package).
- Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. Payment Terms
- No upfront payment is required to begin the project unless otherwise agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all required content, images, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Delays in providing materials may result in adjusted timelines or fees.
5. Timeline & Delivery
- Estimated project timelines will be provided and depend on client cooperation.
- Zondacth will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to client delays or unforeseen technical issues.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all rights to the final design and deliverables are transferred to the client.
- Zondacth reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
- For prepaid packages, partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Zondacth will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from delays, website downtime, or third-party service issues.
- All services are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee specific results unless stated in writing.
9. Support & Maintenance
- Post-launch support is available depending on your selected package.
- Ongoing maintenance or updates can be arranged through a separate service agreement.
10. Changes to Terms
Zondacth may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
